Your voice matters: Customer survey out now

  • The team at NICEIC & ELECSA would like to get your views

Covid-19 has changed many aspects of our personal and working lives. To help us develop the services that you need – when and how you need them – we’re conducting a survey of NICEIC and ELECSA registrants and beyond. 

Maybe you’ve changed the way you work, or are now relying more on digital technologies, or have different needs in terms of assessments – this is your opportunity to let us know and we will then explore how we can improve our services. You may be more reliant on colleagues supporting you, whether the Electrical Apprentice or Office Manager, so feel free to share this survey with them for their thoughts too.
The survey won’t take more than ten minutes to complete and you have our word that we’ll study every response in detail. The survey is being conducted by a partner company called Think. Your details will not be used for marketing purposes.

By completing the NICEIC & ELECSA Customer Research Survey (August 2020), for every completed response:
  • A £1 donation will be made to the Electrical Industry Charity up to the value of £1,000. 

  • For those that opt-in to the prize draw competition, the winning entry will be picked at random and contacted through the details provided.

By Friday 28th August we will publish on the NICEIC website and Social Media channel
