The relaunch is designed to celebrate the loyalty, dedication and genuine excellence of NICEIC-certified businesses, which continue to uphold the industry’s highest standards.
Because the anniversary certificate scheme was paused during the pandemic, we are backdating the issuing of these certificates from 1 January 2019 to 31 January 2025, ensuring that no milestone is missed in our quest to celebrate our certified businesses' achievements.
We’re sending out all e-certificates via email, so if you are expecting one but haven’t yet received it, please ensure you check your junk folder. If you still can’t find your email, please call our Customer Experience team on 03330 156 625 or email customer.services@niceic.com and somebody will be happy to help you.

What milestones are we celebrating?
