NICEIC, the UK’s leading certification and training body for the electrical industry, is pleased to announce its attendance at the Spring 2026 ELEXShows in Bolton, London and Exeter.
It is set to be a year of important updates and change across the sector, particularly with the recent publication of Amendment 4:2026 to BS 7671:2018 and changes to the Electrotechnical Assessment Specification (EAS). NICEIC’s technical experts will be on site to answer technical questions, provide guidance on the assessment process, and advise on training and wider support services for electrical businesses.
For those interested in prosumer installations, you can check out the NICEIC demonstration rig. This year, we will be showing how to integrate battery storage systems with new or existing installations, as well as the benefits of producing and consuming self-generated energy.
NICEIC will also be participating in seminar sessions, covering key industry topics and will be presenting two CPD-accredited seminars every day, at every show. Visitors can also look forward to the return of the Rapid Regs Challenge and an interactive EICR coding rig designed to test and sharpen contractors’ knowledge in real time.
NICEIC Technical Director, Paul Collins commented: “We are delighted to be back at ELEXShow for the first events in 2026 at Bolton, London and Exeter. There have already been significant updates this year, and we’ll be ensuring that the NICEIC stand is the go-to place for expert technical advice. We look forward to welcoming attendees to our stand and encourage anyone planning to attend to register for a free ticket.”
This spring, there will be ELEX Show events on the following dates and locations:
