Enhance our flagship bundle by adding the Rented Sector Scheme.
Our Approved Contractor and Domestic Installer scheme bundle is intended for businesses who want to demonstrate they are competent to carry out all types of electrical work and periodic inspection and testing against the requirements of the BS 7671 and Buidling Regulations in England and Wales, enabling businesses to register completed installation work in accordance with Part P.
Certification under the NICEIC Rented Sector Scheme means your business will also be listed on the Competent Person (Electrical) website as an Electrical Inspector. This listing increases your visibility to landlords and their agents who are seeking approved electrical contractors to carry out mandatory safety checks in both social and private rental properties.
By combining our Approved Contractor, Domestic Installer and Rented Sector schemes, your business will be certified for:
- Domestic & non-domestic electrical installations (rewires, consumer units, fault finding, extra circuits, safety reports, repair and maintenance, installations and new builds)
- Part P notifiable installations
- Rented sector condition reporting
- Periodic inspection and testing
