Training Information: | This training course is designed to give suitably qualified/experienced learners who have proven experience in electrical aspects of heating installation and/or maintenance activities a “step up” before progressing to more complex courses such as the Electrical Testing and Fault-Finding for Heat Pump Technicians. On successful completion of this training course the learners will have a better understanding of interpreting voltage and resistance readings taken using an electrical test meter and be able to apply their knowledge more effectively when performing electrical fault diagnosis. For learners who are less experienced regarding electrical fault-finding techniques it would be an ideal “stepping stone” to more complex aspects of diagnosing faults on central heating appliances, systems and their associated controls. This course is also suitable for Learners who are working towards a qualification/MLP award as part of a gas industry standards of training approved entry route. |
