This new system is more secure, easier to use, and flexible – with offline access, better search tools, and enhanced reporting. And it has a different look and feel, so we recommend accessing the video guides and watching a demo before the switch. Full details below on the support available.
What you can do now to prepare
To support the move over to the new system, please complete the following steps.
- Check user logins: ensure all users have their own unique email address in the current system. This is required for secure access to the new system.
- Using the NICEIC Cert App? Sync your data and log out before the date your business is moving over the new system. The app will no longer be supported as one is not required for the new system. Access the guide.
- Log out of the current platform before your move date to prevent data loss.
- Remove old users: deactivate anyone who no longer needs access. Refer to this guide for instructions.
- Add noreply@nocs.niceic.com to your safe senders list to avoid missing important updates.
- Update your browser: use the latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari. Use this link to check what you are currently using.
Important notes
- On the day your business moves over to the new system, the system may be unavailable to you and your users for up to one business day.
- Please continue using the current system until your move date.
Terms of Use
All users will be asked to agree to the Terms of Use when logging in for the first time. Please review the terms.
What happens next?
- We'll email your business with instructions and a timeline.
- Your current access continues as normal until we make the switch.
