In addition to having the appropriate qualifications you also need to meet the appropriate level of experience for the scheme. For our electrical schemes this is a minimum of two years' supervisory experience in the electrical industry and you must be able to demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in the field.
You will also need to provide evidence of your insurance.
Does the business have a minimum of £2 million Public Liability Insurance and where appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance/Employers liability insurance?
Insurance must be appropriate to the risk, nature, scope and scale of work undertaken.
